Our Policies

Please take a few moments to be 'in the know' about our policies and procedures. It is imperative for us to enforce the following policies to ensure that our staff's time and talent are valued and respected, and to guarantee the success of our small business.

Cancellation Policy

For haircuts and styles, and all services requiring less than a one hour time frame, at least a 24 HOUR NOTICE is required. 

 For hair color, texture, and any other services requiring more than a one hour time frame, at least a 48 HOUR NOTICE is required. 

Cancellations and re-schedules made in less than the time frames listed above are subject to a 50% charge of the appointed service.

No-Show Policy

No Show/No Calls are subject to a 100% charge of the appointed service and risk of no future re-scheduling.

Re-dos and Refunds

While it would break our hearts to hear you are unsatisfied with your service in any way, we need to be notified within 7 days of your appointment. 

Refunds will ONLY be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will not occur until the original stylist has had proper opportunity to make things right. 

Should you choose to have your concerns addressed by a different stylist, that is your choice, however, additional charges could apply.
