At La Amorah, we believe in the power of learning from each other as an effort to never stop growing and be the very best we can be. We offer an assistant training program to all new stylists out of beauty school. During this program, each associate will undergo one-on-one training with our lead stylists and are required to complete services on models to prove they are ready to serve the public.
In addition to our assistant training program, educational opportunities are offered to all staff on a constant basis to ensure our guests that we are up-to-date and can offer all of the latest and greatest trends in services.
Throughout the year our staff are expected to work together in arranging group outings as well as fun things to offer in-salon. This is our effort in maintaining positive relationships among our staff to uphold our mission and our culture.
