- Your request for an appointment will not be final until we approve it on our end- this is to be sure services are booked correctly and with the proper timing. If you are unsure as to whether or not your appointment has been approved, please give us a call.
- If there is a particular day and/or time that you are hoping for, but it is not coming up, please give us a call! While the online booking system is extremely convenient, it does not "know" our schedule like we know our schedule.
- The booking system will request a credit card for verification and to hold your appointment only. Your card will NOT be charged. The only reason that your card would be charged is in the event of violation of our policies as stated below:
- ALL appointments now require a valid credit card on file to book.
- For haircuts and styles, and all services requiring less than a one hour time frame, at least a 24 HOUR NOTICE is required.
- For hair color, texture, and any other services requiring more than a one hour time frame, at least a 48 HOUR NOTICE is required.
Cancellations and re-schedules made in less than the time frames listed above are subject to a 50% charge of the appointed service.
Additionally: Cancellations and re-schedules made in less than the time frames listed above due to COVID-19 symptoms OR exposure will result in a 50% charge of the appointed service. However, this charge will be treated as a deposit on the appointment when it is rescheduled, and will be removed from the final balance due at checkout.
No Show/No Calls are subject to a 100% charge of the appointed service and risk of no future re-scheduling.
